He is a capital markets specialist advising corporates on debt/equity fundraising, including Green Bonds.

An Electronics and Communications Engineering graduate of the University of Santo Tomas and a Harvard FinTech certified professional, he is a Telecom, Media and FinTech practitioner. He has more than 20 years of local and international C Level experience in Business Operation and Technology with focus on business start-ups, product and brand innovations.

General Manager, is a B. Com (Majors in Accountancy) from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada and an MBA (Major in Marketing) degree holder with over 25 years of professional working experience. He joined the AgriNurture Group in June 2012 as Finance and Administration Manager of Big Chill International and AgriNurture International Ltd. With a hands-on approach to management, Anup brings a wealth of understanding, knowledge and multinational experience. He has worked in and with a wide range of organizations ranging from financial institutions to I/NGO’s. As Managing Director of Wild Earth Pvt Ltd in Nepal, he directed operations of the herbal products manufacturing company and supplied products not only to the local Nepalese market but also to major hotels and retail companies around the world; he also played a pivotal role in setting up the company’s first flagship store. He also previously served as financial controller, holding multiple functions related to finance, administration, and HR, in a food and beverage company and its affiliates and subsidiaries.

He was VP for Business Development of BRB Digital. Before that, he led and was part of the management of several global fintech companies. He served as Chief Information Officer for Direct Agent 5 Inc (DA5), one of the largest direct agents of Western Union in the Philippines; Head of Innovation for Lulu International Exchange, the largest remittance company in the GCC in Abu Dhabi; Chief Business Development Officer and Strategic Advisor for VMoney a FINTECH company offering a comprehensive list of services for online and retail merchants, government institutions, medical organizations, educational facilities, and business enterprises. He was also a staunch advocate of anti-fraud initiatives. He was liaison to the NAFA Philippines (Anti-Fraud Agency) where he helped lead the enablement and operationalization of an independent agency focused on Anti-Fraud Solutions for individuals, corporations and local government entities.

A Certified Public Accountant, she obtained her BS Accountancy degree in Manila Central University. She started her career with AgriNurture, Inc. (ANI) Group of Companies as Accounting Manager in 2010 and rose through the ranks from then on. She is currently Chief Accountant of AgriNurture (ANI) Group of Companies, supervising and managing corporate accounting, external auditing, and financial reporting. She was also previously connected with Makati Supermarket Group of Companies and Alphaland Development, Inc., among others.

She has over twenty years of accounting and finance experience in the fields of accounting, audit, and management. A Master’s degree holder in Business Administration, she currently serves as Internal Auditor of AgriNurture, Inc.

He brings in thirty years of professional experience not only as an industrial relations advisor but also business owner and founder. He is currently part owner, director, and/or advisor in Mudgee New Housing Community, a land development project cutting across 3,000 acres of land; CHUR Networks, with respect to IT technical development of Smart Cities; MIG providing management & maintenance staff for Chevron; and Pmate Automated Parking.
